WHAT IS AN INITIAL PRODUCTION CHECK SERVICE?

Initial Production Check (IPC) is an on-site product inspection of raw materials and the components prior to production, up until 20% has been completed. As per the master samples provided, we will verify if correct materials, components and accessories have been ordered by the factory to your specifications

In a IPC, we will also randomly select and inspect a sample of partially produced products for potential defects, then report our findings to you. An IPC is the first step in ensuring the quality of your product will be consistent throughout production. It is an early-warning system that safeguards your product against costly import risks.
